The school upholds the principle of parenting as a model of child training. Thus, the school seeks to create a parenting environment in the school and insist on proper discipline in training the children. The school does this in collaboration with the parents. For a child to achieve success in education, the school and the the parent must work together in proper agreement. Good discipline is an integral part of children upbringing. Therefore, the parent must agree with the school to instill proper discipline into the lives of the children. The character of a man affects his altitude in life. Therefore, the school has the responsibility together with the parents to mold the the character of the student.
Jesus is the ultimate character and the perfect lifestyle. To produce good character therefore, the children must be taught to learn the life of Christ and to aspire to become more and more like Him. If you do not want to spoil the child, then you must not spare the rod. Prayer is the noblest task of man and nobility is exemplified by pious devotion to prayer. Thus, the children must be taught to pray, to pray, and to pray.
Love is the best demonstration of the nature of God. We must exemplify love for the children, and we must labour to train them to practice how to love and that by also learning how to be their brother’s keeper and how to give sacrificially.
We believe in one eternal God who created the heaven and the earth and all things in them. But He has revealed Himself to man as Father, Son and Holy spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is God the Son, the second person of the Godhead and who existed with the Father and in the Father from eternity. He was not created but through Him all things were created. He took on a human form in incarnation and was conceived by the Holy Spirit through a virgin and was born in a lowly stable in a manger. He grew as a man and suffered death on the cross to become the propitiation for the sins of the whole world. His blood washed us from our sins and made us to become children of God.
He rose from the dead on the third day as prophesied. The grave could not hold Him. He ascended into heaven and sent the Holy Spirit to us as the comforter. He will come again to take us home that we may be with him for all eternity.
We believe that the angels are ministering spirits sent to minister to man.
We know that demons do not know the mind of man but can only pick what we speak with our mouth and understand what we allow them to send into our hearts by ways of suggestion to our spirit.
We believe that God is more powerful than the devil and every power must bow at the name of Jesus.
We believe that the bible is the written word of God and that all that is written is sufficient for our salvation. No other information is needed from any other external sources to be added to the word of God.
We believe that every vision, prophesy, or revelation that does not agree with the bible is not from God.
We believe that man has sinned and has fallen short of the glory of God, and that there is none righteous, no not one. All our righteousness are as filthy rags before Him. But He who knew no sin became sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God.

The New Covenant Baptist Academy is a Christian Institution with a very high Christian Spiritual Standard. Thus, it is required for any person who must join the faculty of the Academy to have a Christian conversion testimony and to see his/her service as a call to ministry. The teacher must be willing to learn the principles of The New Creature Life.
In addition, to learn to grow in grace and in conformity with the kingdom lifestyle, hoping to grow more and more like Jesus. He/she must believe in Christian discipleship as a model for Christian life development. Since he/she is required to model the life of Christ to the students/pupils, the teacher must learn the Christian character principle taught by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount and must seek to produce the Christian character taught by Paul in Galatians chapter five as the fruit of the Spirit. The students must be made to understand that there is a concerted battle for the possession of the life of the young person and this battle must be won by God. The leadership principle taught by Jesus in the washing of the feet of His disciples must be taught to our students as a core principle of servant leadership. Prosperity for us is acquired first and foremost by seeking the kingdom of God and His righteousness. So as a policy, all our student must be taught the core values of the Christian faith and must be made to believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to God.
The parents of our children are expected to avail themselves the opportunities provided by the school to become children of God and to also produce the character of Christ. The school will from time to time arrange for meetings with the parents, so as to create opportunities to pour grace into their lives so that they will also partner with us in growing the children in the kingdom pattern.
